Ordering Information
Graphics One customer service department is ready to take your order. To allow us to help you more efficiently, please have the product name(s), your credit card number and expiration date, credit card billing address and shipping address ready when you call.

Payment Method
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We will not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. Credit card orders shipped to other than your billing address may require additional verification. Make certified and cashier's checks payable to "Graphics One." Include applicable sales tax and shipping cost. For Letter of Credit and wire transfer instructions, please contact our Graphics One customer service department at 877-472-7471. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.

U.S. Sales Tax
Please add applicable sales tax. For tax exempt orders, a current State Sales Tax Exemption certificate is required prior to order placement. All orders are originating in California are subject to California State Sales Tax.

Shipping and Handling
UPS is our primary shipment method for domestic shipments. Other methods of shipment are available upon request. International orders may require additional charges. All customers please call for exact shipping costs. Shipping and handling costs may be based on an estimated weight and may vary from actual shipped weight. Insurance coverage must be requested at time of order and will be an additional charge.

Prices, Specifications and Availability
Prices, product specification and availability are subject to change without notice. Certain products may be announced by the manufacturer which may not be shipping at the time of print. If a product is not in stock when you call to order, we will do our best to inform you and let you know when we anticipate product availability. Delivery dates are dependent upon suppliers and other factors and are subject to change. WE reserve the right to limit quantities.

Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors
We do our best to be accurate but occasionally mistakes occur. Product information is provided by the respective manufactures and suppliers. WE are not responsible for any typographic, photographic, or technical errors.

RMA's
All products returned to GO for any reason must have a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA may be obtained, if appropriate and approved by GO, from the customer service department by e-mailing info@graphicsone.com, and is valid for thirty (30) days fro date of issue. If the return is approved an RMA will be issued listing the exact contents for return, together with the reason (i.e. warranty adjustments, customer repair,order error, etc.) The RMA number must appear on the outside of the carton for any items or packages returned to GO. All returns must be sent prepaid. Freight Collect shipments will not be accepted. Items returned without authorization will be subject to a minimum 20% processing fee, if accepted.

International Orders
Some manufacturers do not provide international warranty coverage. Therefore some products may be returned to Graphics One for warranty repair. Call for details. International warranty repair shipping and insurance in both directions are at the customer's expense. Graphics One agreements with some of its suppliers, as well as United States Government regulations, prevent us from exporting certain products. All freight forwarding fees, duties, insurance, taxes and government impositions are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Information
All orders are subject to acceptance by Graphics One. Policies are subject to change without notice. Graphics One is not responsible for late or delayed shipments. The execution of a software license may be required for certain products. No terms and conditions on customer's purchase order or other documentation shall have any force or effect. Title to items being purchased are retained by Graphics One until items are paid for by the customer and at that time title passes to the customer. The F.O.B. point is EX-WORKS.
