Graphics One Tek Group is a technical service organization focusing on the large and grand format printer market. GO Tek
Group provides service, installation and multiple training programs aimed at providing you or your customers with the specific
knowledge and skills needed to do your job.
With this capability, GO Tek Group greatly adds value to your operation,
increases customer satisfaction, enable customers to maintain high productivity, minimize customer’s ramp up period, minimize
customer down time, provide support to sales department and decrease support costs by enhancing your ability to
resolve issues quickly.
Additionally, GO Tek Group, now offers common major replacement parts and accessories for many of the large and grand
format printers including Mutoh, Mimaki, EPSON and Roland printers. These spares are either OEM parts or alternatives
which provide similar or better performance than the originals.
GO Tek Group offers several training programs aimed at giving our customers the specific knowledge and skills needed to
perform their roles successfully. Training is available in two formats: Classroom Training at a GO designated location, or
Onsite Training, available to customers who want their personnel to be trained at their own location.
All of our training staff have obtained Instructor Certification from our vendors, and are enrolled in continuous education programs
to keep their knowledge and skills current. Our training programs are designed to give the student the knowledge
needed to fully understand the process they are involved in and provide the hands-on experience to develop the skills they
need to successfully perform their tasks.
