GO Viper TX Direct-to-Fabric System
No Dye Sub Transfer Paper Needed!
Burbank, California- January,2007- Graphics One, LLC (GO), an international
distributor dedicated to providing innovative, high quality products to digital imaging
professionals, is launching its new GO Viper TX Direct-to-Fabric System which includes
the Viper TX printer, GO Sublimator and GO RioColor inks. This new system is unique in that
ink is imaged directly on the fabric and then cured in-line for immediate use. No transfer
paper is needed for this unique dye sub printing system.
GO’s new Viper TX digital textile system is so easy to use you can be printing quickly.
With a printing width of up to 65 inches and resolution of 1440 dpi, Viper TX printer offers
high resolution printing of textile with print speeds up to 425 ft2/hr. Combine the high
resolution imaging with GO’s RioColor inks, you will be able to print on most textiles with new
designs and images you thought were not possible. Included with the Viper TX printer is GO’s
Sublimator, an inline curing/heating unit which eliminates the need for dye sub transfer paper
offering an imaging size of 1.520 meters (60 inches) and the ability to image at the same speed
as the printer, Sublimator is a great add-on for large format digital fabric printers. With inbuilt
tension controls and thermostat controls, the fixing temperature is usually set between 150~160 C,
but can be set for lower or higher temperatures depending upon the specific fabric requirements.
Additionally drying speed is controlled by the print speed.
The Viper TX system includes GO's Sublimator that can be used inline with a specific fabric
printer, or can be used in an offline configuration servicing multiple printers. Also included
in the Viper TX system is an online dust collector connected to the heating unit. The collector is
an online add-on and has an advanced charcoal air purifying system for removing particles
of fabric and dust.
The Viper TX system is ready to print directly onto textiles for applications such as soft signage,
flags, wall murals, trade-show exhibits, fashion textile, shop awnings, outdoor advertising, home furnishings,
curtains, cushions, wallpaper and more.
GO’s Viper TX System is priced at $ 58,995 and is available for shipment beginning in January, 2007
