Graphics One Launches
New RIP for EPSON Desktop Printers
Introducing MaxRIP
Burbank, California-August, 2009. Graphics One, LLC (GO), an international distributor dedicated to providing innovative, high
quality products to digital imaging professionals is launching its new RIP for EPSON desktop printers. GO’s MaxRIP was developed specifically for screenprinters, by screenprinters.
With the great success of GO’s dMax 4 inkjet screen positive films and the dMax wide format color separation system, Graphics
One is now providing its cutomers with a cost effective solution by converting existing EPSON desktop printers into an imagesetter
for production of high quality inkjet film positives, also called separations. GO’s MaxRIP is fully featured, easy-to-use
with features usable by both beginners and professionals.
Priced at an affordable value of just $495, GO’s MaxRIP is an advanced easy to use RIP software designed to transforming over
60 EPSON desktop inkjet printer into a low-cost imagesetter for printing high quality screen positive films. GOs MaxRIP features
advanced halftone screening, density calibration, built-in density curves which can be calibrated to provide dark, and
dense prints without using excess inks. In addition, GOs MaxRIP works directly with most graphics artwork programs and
allows the user to select one or all channels to be used for imaging black ink.
According to John Paul Hanson, GO Tech Support, “the development of the GO’s MaxRIP was prompted by our existing and new
screenprint customers who were searching for a more cost effective solution and for those who cannot afford to spend thousands
of dollars on a large format printer. GO’s MaxRIP converts the customer’s existing EPSON desktop printers into an imagesetter
to produce inkjet film positives for use with screen print applications.”
GO’s MaxRIP allows users to convert EPSON desktop printers for color separation that can be used with silk-screen process
printing, to produce a great variety of surface applications such as plastics, wood, metal, glass, textiles, paper and more.
GO’s MaxRIP is available to download from our website: www.graphicsone.com, and when you purchase your copy of GO
MaxRIP you will get an Activation Code, which means no dongle is needed for the software use. GO’s MaxRIP Software can
be burned on a CD-R with the installer. GO’s MaxRIP CD factory copies are available as an option. The MaxRIP will be available
for download or shipping beginning in August 1, 2009.
