The addition of the RIO Pro Sublimator to the RIO PRO or GO RIO 64 dye sub printers means a user has a complete dye sublimation solution to get started on a potential business or creative opportunities in the dye sublimation market.

RIO Pro Sublimator
RIO Sublimator Roll-to-Roll dye sublimation heat press system is a simple and user friendly digital heat transfer system that features a maximum imaging size of 44-inches or 60-inches and a maximum paper size of 43-inches or 59-inches and the ability to transfer images at high speed of up to 7.8 feet per minute. With inbuilt tension controls and an automatic thermostat controls, the maximum fixing temperature is usually 240 C, but can be set for lower or higher temperatures depending upon the specific fabric requirements. GO RIO Pro Sublimator take images printed on dye sub transfer paper and transfers printed images onto fabric surfaces through sublimation process with proper heat and pressure.

In addition, the RIO Pro Sublimator also features silent-low noise operation to maximize comfortabilty and is equipped with a working table with two take-up rollers and three feeding rollers all in one.

Compatible Printers
GO RIO Pro Sublimator works great with GO’s RIO dye sublimation printer and also with any piezo aqueous printers using EPSON printheads including printers from EPSON, Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland. There are a number of textile specific printers from Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland which work well with this unit. Although, EPSON printers were not specifically developed for fabric printing, they are commonly used in this application and work well with the RIO Pro Sublimator.
