Graphics One Sublimator is the perfect add-on to any direct-to-fabric digital printing solution requiring the capability for heat fixation for pigment or sublimation inks to a fabric. The addition of the Sublimator to the direct-to-fabric printer means a user avoids the process of imaging on transfer paper and then imaging to the fabric. No transfer paper is needed.

Great Features--Controlled Fixation
With an imaging size of 1.520 meters (60 inches) and the ability to image at the same speed as the printer, Sublimator is a great add-on for large format digital fabric printers. With inbuilt tension controls and thermostat controls, the fixing temperature is usually set between 150 to 160 degrees C, but can be set for lower or higher temperatures depending upon the specific fabric requirements. Additionally drying speed is controlled by the print speed.
Tensioning bars maintain tension and allow the imaging of various thicknesses of fabrics; thin or thick. Unlike other heat transfer machines, Sublimator does not require compressed air for operating,

Online or Multiple Printers
GO Sublimator can be used inline with a specific fabric printer, or can be used in an offline configuration servicing multiple printers.

Dust Collector
Included with the GO Sublimator is an online dust collector connected to the heating unt. The collector is an inline add-on and has an advanced charcoal air purifying system for removing particles of fabric and dust.
